NICK
BOULTON

Nick Boulton, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Nick Boulton graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 1991. He specializes in deep tissue massage which helps free up myofascial adhesions and restrictions, allowing greater ease and flexibility.
Nick’s primary focus has been therapeutic massage with the intention of helping to restore full pain-free function in the case of injury, or expanding on function and flexibility in the case of postural and functional restrictions. He believes that our bodies are like bonsai trees; over time they change shape to reflect the influence of habitual forces (like gravity) and usage patterns that our bodies contend with. These changes can be beneficial or adverse. In pursuit of this, he has studied NISA (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment) and muscle energy techniques.
