Cancellation policy Last minute cancellations and no shows cause financial and business opportunity lost. We encourage our clients to adhere to the booking policy. Booking changes and cancellations must be made with 48 hours notice before the scheduled time. Last minute cancellations and missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee at the discretion of the therapist
